What time is check in & check out?

Check in begins at 2pm and check out time is by 11am.

If you check out later there will be additional fees.


Do you accept card?

No, we are a cash only facility. Please note that Santa Cruz is a remote location with no road access and no ATMs. Please plan accordingly as we only accept cash as a form of payment and do not accept credit cards.


Do you have a communal kitchen?

No, we have a licensed restaurant on property so our kitchen is closed to guests.

Therefore, no outside food or drinks may be consumed on property.


What do you offer to eat at your restaurant?

We have a bunch of delicious options for breakfast & lunch, then our yummy 3 course family style dinner.

We try our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions - but if you’re unsure, just send us an email!


Yes, guests must be 18 or older.

Do you have age restrictions?


Additional fees include a
• 15% tax on your stay &
• a mandatory 33Q charge per person, per day for use of all of our equipment, tours, activities and WIFI.

What fees aren’t included in the nightly price?


• Unlimited use of our paddle boards, kayaks, inner tubes and sauna. 

• Morning activities such as yoga, SUP sunrise tours, and sunrise hikes. 

• Afternoon activities such as beer tastings & cooking classes.

• Basic WIFI.

What identification do I need to check in?

We require your passport at check in or a Guatemalan DPI.


We do not have a 24 hour reception. Reception hours are from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

What’s the deal with the family style dinner?

Our 3 course family-style dinner begins at 5:00PM - starting with 2 hours of unlimited free cerveza, with dinner served at 7:00PM.

Sign up is by 3:00PM on each day of your stay. If you will be arriving after 3:00PM, contact us!


We require any cancellations to be made a minimum of 1 day (24 hours) before the booking.

Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of you stay.
